I heard this interview! It certainly got me out of the office chair at work, and I've felt much better the two or three days I've worked since then. Sitting for 15 hours is NOT recommended!

I work 15 hour shifts regularly. These days I do my best not to sit for more than 30 minutes before getting up and moving!

first - god no, I wouldn't ever own a jump suit like that - let alone let it in my house - and I couldn't move like any of those folks. Especially not James, doin the splits and all!

I use to walk a lot and that make me feel good. and it's fun to be out an see all kind of things in nature.
