Just a friendly reminder of the significance of some upcoming dates:

May 25th - last day to submit nominations for the VividCon Scholarship for this year. We will gratefully continue to accept donations to the scholarship, but it's also extremely helpful for us to know by May 25th or very shortly thereafter how much money is available in the ( Read more... )

Quick question: When do the VVC alcomohol wristbands go on sale? :D I'm petrified that I had missed them.

Wristbands haven't been announced yet, no worries. Last year they went on sale in early- to mid-June with a deadline of early- to mid-July, I think? I am planning on sorting out Club Vivid bar details and corresponding wristband stuff when I return from traveling during the upcoming U.S. holiday long weekend and hope to have information to share soon thereafter (and no later than mid-June).
