Injured Ashley - and a tiny kitten

I didn't see Ashley all day on Friday which bothered me as it wasn't like her, and when I went out and called her, she cried and came running to be picked up. She wasn't at all happy and I could see she'd been in a fight so we took her to the vet. She had several scratches, but the worst was inside her right ear which had healed over the injury and

Poor Ashley! Glad to hear she's doing better, though.

So are we! I was really worried about her. She obviously did a Vic and hid somewhere while feeling miserable--and it was so wet and horrible on Friday.

Awww, the kitty sound adorable! And I'm glad Ashley's getting back to normal; I always worry too when mine don't follow their usual rounds during the day.

She seems to be back to her old self now. She won't be very happy when we pill her soon, but she's always eager for the soft food treat (that they all get) that follows.

Ginger kitty sounds cute... am glad she wasn't put down!

The kitten is just adorable, and so small I thought she was only about six weeks old. I'll take my camera when I go back for worming pills next month in case she's there.

Even if she doesn't have a long life, she'll have a very happy one. :-)

I'm glad the vet was able to make Ashley feel better. Pool girl, the ear's very sensitive, that must have been really hurting.

It must have been to make her hide outside on such a horrible wet day! She's back to her normal self now which is great. She's such a dear little girl, and I can see her curled up like a nautilus on one of the dining chairs with Sebastian on the next one. :-D

I'm so glad Ashley is feeling like her old self--your kitties are always so cute and affectionate. The little kitten sounds adorable--hope you get some good pictures.

I'll have to take my camera when I get worming pills next month, and hope she's there.

Ashley has recovered really well and is her old self again. She's curled up on a chair near me. And Sebastian is playing mountain climbers all around the room.
