It seems the winter is finally coming, since we got the first snow that stayed in the ground yesterday. It's amazing how much a little snow can help to lighten up the scenery. I hate the dark, cold, rainy days of winter and would much prefer to always have a little snow on the ground. It's a pity that Helsinki winters are usually more of the dark

Tampere had its first snowfall today. Everything is white, so no more dark dismal weather here!
