Well it was going to be tomorrow but now because of Ike I won't be flying back to texas till Wednesday. Sounds like my dads place was flooded 4 feet on the second floor. and his van has flouted off. So I'm not sure when I'll be able to drive and move up to Dallas. It seems like bad form for me to fly in grab my car and leave my father with no way ( Read more... )

So once again I shall be making the journey nack to Texas. A friend I've known since I was 7 is getting married. I land on Tuesday and will be driving up to Dallas the following day. Well I had to wait up till 1 a.m. for the oscars to start. only to find out I can't watch them. They are only shown on a premium channel we don't have. (we have sky but not sky premium). Well that was a great game, even if I did want New England to win. Sadly I didn't get to see any of the commercials, but I suppose that's what youtube is for. Instead it just cut to commentators (it was shown on BBC which has no commercials). But now it's 3:20 and I have to leave for work at 8:00 so bed time for me.

I hate how slow the government can be sometimes. I paid off all my tickets sent them overnight delivery to the correct places, but it still took Dallas 4 days to process it. Well amee's companies decided to pay her some money, so we won't be dirt poor when we arrive. We went to see Woman in Black tonight. only £10 a ticket. Great production, Quite unsettling. I watched Sicko this Afternoon... damn is he manipulative. US healthcare is horrible though. While it is true that it only costs £6.50 for pills Englands healthcare isn't as peachy as Michael Moore makes it out to be. Still way better than the US. Free ( Read more... )
