injury provokes inquiry

i've been thinking a lot in the last few days and getting reinjured by the dread double star drop has provoked me to dive deeper into a line of inquiry which i was already pursuing

As we continue to change and grow (and how can we not? *winks*) we must sometimes alter the way in which we see ourselves in regards to everything- the All, the Source. In order to do that we need to dig deep into ourselves and figure out where we came from to be the person we are now, and where that person may be going. This is not always easy as life often keeps us very busy and tied up and we forget to sit back and have those little discussions with our own minds over a cup of tea. Even when life is full of pure joy and ease, we often forget to catch up with ourselves even more so because of how grand things are
