I think the main theme of this fic for me is summarised in 'Oh, boys'.

Poor Sam, stioll so confused and Dean, still trying to play the big brother, even though neither of them want him to.

Oh! My! God! Why didn't I read this chapter sooner?!?! This was awesome. Totally power punch flailing awesome! This line:

"And the journey between them feels like miles as they stare at each other and Sam knows this is wrong but can't help himself from pressing a kiss to his brothers lips."

Guh! And everything after is just... just... *flails*

And I love how Dean pushes him away, even though I totally hate the fact that Dean pushes him away. Aargh!

They are almost acting like their old selves that spent so much time together.

Poor Dean, always has to be the protector no matter what the cost is to him & that's why he pushed Sam away. Hopes Sam realizes that & doesn't hold it against him

Off to read Chapter 7 now
