I'm all for more Fushimi screentime but I hate the way Awashima is put in the damsel situation so often aaaaaugh.
Yeah....
Gah this scared me.
So creepy!
I kind of want to find whoever is writing the fanservice in the show and beat them until they understand what subtlety is.
IKR!?!? The BL fanservice doesn't bother me that much (it is kind of hilarious though), but the Neko fanservice (especially the ED) is just ridiculous and makes me really uncomfortable.

Gino made me so angry in this episode. I can see why he'd think that but jesus. So glad for the Enforcers supporting Akane. ...The gender dynamics on this show are really interesting; the fight between Gino and Akane is soooo gendered, and the Enforcers support of her exists in a tension between protective/paternal and supportive/respectful-of-her-leadership. She has earned their respect, even if not Gino's, and it's becoming clear that she'll be a better leader (which I presume he will be eventually informed of)...yet she also has things to learn from him.
On one hand, I am not as amazed by it as by either Madoka or F/Z, but perhaps it's more interesting than dramatic?
Gino made me so angry in this episode. I can see why he'd think that but jesus. Agreed. I can see where he's coming from and Kogami is Akane's responsibility, in this situation, but there was way too much personal aggression coming from Gino to be appropriate.
So glad for the Enforcers supporting Akane. Yes! I loved Akane standing up for herself last episode but, coming from her perspective, it's tiring and hard to constantly have to stand up to someone like Gino on a regular basis all by yourself. I'm glad the show is, so far, making it clear that even if Gino's reasons are understandable to the viewer (and they make sense) it's still not right what he's doing.
Lmao I think my mental image of Mahiro is someone really...stupid (even though he's shown that's he's not) because I was hella impressed with him this episode.
Same....
UGH THEIR RELATIONSHIP CREEPS ME OUT SO MUCH. And it's not even the incest part of it (even though I'm not generally a fan of that), Aika is so secretive and creepy and Mahiro is so creepily possessive of her and gheugheugegh.IKR? Yet it's an interesting twist to have the woman-in-a-refrigerator be such a complicated, morally shady character. (Weirdly like s1 TVD, actually, which I guess explains why I keep expecting her to still be alive) Like, normally the character in that position is pure and innocent and good and blah blah blah...and here she is being all creepy. Which makes Mahiro's devotion to her--especially in combination with his willingness to destroy the world for revenge--a weird subversion of the trope as well. I don't think we're supposed to sympathize with his revengey quest but to see him as a loose cannon with serious emotional problems who happens
