Caught up with Zetsuen no Tempest! I really like it a lot. Psycho-Pass is higher on my list because I'm more emotionally invested in the characters than Zetsuen's. BUT. I love how the plot twists genuinely kind of freak me out.

That Hakase was dead and in the past was just jaw-droppingly awesome, as plot twists go. And I loved that Yoshino is like, um, wait a minute this explanation sounds *completely ridiculous*. It was even better that he was wrong but making Samon freak out, that our great detective could be completely off the mark yet still have Samon sweating

Also part of is because he has Kiritsugu's VA and HIM BEING SO HORRIFIED THAT MAHIRO IS SO WILLING TO DESTROY THE WORLD AMUSES ME.IKR

I was expecting, at the end, for Yoshino to announce that Samon had checkmated himself--they prove the time lapse by sending instructions to the past which *change the object in the present*--which would then prove that the past is not fixed

Yeah I expected that too. If they can "send" writing to the future then I'm sure there's a way to send a person.

I feel like in some ways he's the person we understand the least in the whole show.

My image of him keeps changing! I like it because it's interesting but kind of dislike it BECAUSE I'M STILL NOT SURE IF I LIKE HIM LMAO. XD

I just wish I cared about the characters more, because the show would be so great if there were better character development. sigh.

AGREED SO HARD. The show is entertaining enough that I still enjoy it but I really wish I was more emotionally attached to the characters. I think my favorite is Mahiro just because he seems like such a damned mess that I feel sorry for him and probably Hakaze because she's so neat. *_*
