*drools* mmmh. i'd love to see more ethnic food here anyway... especially if it looks like that and can be eaten with loads of mustard :)

mmmmm I don't think I've ever had a knish before, but I need one now. It reminds me of a roti, I think I would make mine with potato, spinach, and spiced chickpeas. Good idea/bad idea?
