I feel GREAT. (
And you can, too!)
Remember how
the last time I tried to whiten my teeth nearly ended to total world destruction? Well, I'm doing it again. I've got some oral surgery and dental work that has to be done, and since they have to color-match my teeth, they strongly encouraged that I whiten them, because

Another creepy dental tech fact - over the years he's dropped pieces and lost finished teeth in his lab. So when it comes time to clean out his lab in the basement, there's no doubt we'll find plenty of loose teeth that have been wedged under his work station or rolled into corners that never see the light of day.
And good luck with the dental work. I always hate getting dental work done, and it didn't help that my last appointment was for 5 fillings, and it took just about that many shots of Novocaine or whatever 'ocaine they use these days. All the drugs in my system made me barf all night. *sigh*

eyeawry LOVES teeth. It's almost disturbing. I'm just glad she's not going in to dentistry, because I know her solution for everything from abscesses to routine cleanings would be "gotta pull it!"
I'm not terribly concerned about the dental work. My dentist is awesome- I never feel the injections and never have any adverse reactions. He'll be replacing a cap (or whatever) where I chipped my front tooth 17 years ago (they're only supposed to last 10 years). Then I've got some minor periodontic surgery as well, which I'm looking forward to a whole lot less. Oh well. It won't be bad. I'm just glad that I have good teeth and take care of them!
