havoktheraven and I went to grab some lunch at Uncle Julio's last week and they had EXTREMELY good fajitas. Close to the best I've had. In fact, just thinking about them, I want some more RIGHT NOW. Who's up for UJ's? Wow... that kinda sounds like some crazy, esoteric kinkiness.

I really need to schedule another trip out there. It is inexcusable that I haven't been there this month, especially with all that's going on with trshtwns01.

Let me get through the next two weeks, and I'll see what I can do to get out there. I'll get to come show off my newly suctioned body!

I have to say that the best Fajitas I've ever had are the Sunset Fajitas at Mi Cocina, but I've never been to UJ's, so there's that.

I love Mi Cocina, but I always get their chicken enchiladas. I will certainly have to try their fajitas next time! Thanks!!

So, have you EVER met a cat that didn't mind modeling for photos? Cause I've got like, three sets of cat photos (one of the stray cat that adopted my old room mate, one of the stray cat that adopted the catholic church here in SV, and a couple that I just happened to see wandering around when I was in Huntsville.

UJs... Good food, bad place to work. Take it from me. I do miss their cajeta though. And the Swirl will knock you on your ass in a big hurry. I mean, how many drinks do you know that are made with fruit juice, (faux) burgandy wine, cherry brandy, vodka, AND everclear, and then swirled with a margarita? And if you just get the frozen sangria straight? Damn. So yummy.
