[ Bon happens to be passing by and just can't help but notice how wet this guy is. So, being the super nice guy that Bon is, he offers some help.
Kind of. He grumbles it without pausing much as he walks by. ]

Oh, I'm aware; a tad suspicious of them, in my opinion.

[Sips his tea thoughtfully, sizing up the passerby with a clinical eye.] Your advice is well-taken, though.

[ Bon does stop, standing next to the chair across but not sitting. ]
I don't blame ya. It's pretty fishy that they're just givin' stuff away.

Quite so. Though I suppose if they went through the trouble of kidnapping me, I'd prefer a free towel at the end of it. Rather benevolent, wouldn't you say?

Yes, arrived here this morning, I believe? It's rather difficult to tell time when there's no sun or moon.

Jade Curtiss; a pleasure. [It sounds rather deadpan but not entirely insincere.] I've been told most of the basic details about of this place, but I suppose it does bare confirming that there is no known exit? [Drinks tea thoughtfully.]

It gets worse the longer ya stay here, too- hard to tell how many days its been exactly.

[ Bon lets a server at the restaurant bring him a cup of tea as well, which he sips at slowly as it cools. ]
That's right. Sometimes people leave, but it looks like it's done at random.

Most of the restaurants around here aren't bad. One of the guys I'm living with though, he makes good curry. But ya didn't hear it from me, got that? His name's Rin Okumura.

Hm. Looks like I'll finally have to replace that watch.

[Jade sighs into his tea.] Well, I suppose I was in need of a vacation. It'll do my poor old bones some good to relax.

Hopefully, and since they've been generous enough to provide items free for us, there's no reason not to.

Don't let looks deceive you; I'm positively ancient. How I'm able to walk without a cane is a mystery of medicine.

I'll have to see it for myself one of these days. He should be easy to spot, given that description.

Now then. How long have you been in Vatheon yourself? You said not long.

How long? [ He pauses to think for only a moment. ] I don't think it's been longer than a month now.

Well then, you must be pretty familiar with this city by now. Are there any sights you would recommend seeing - perhaps a library?
