[ Not the best move, choosing to stare at this guy. He notices, frowns, and can't help but confront her. At least she gets off easy, being a pretty lady. ] What, ya got a problem or somethin'?
[While heading to the library, Rider can't help but feel the pair of eyes staring into the back of her head. Pausing, she turns, only to find a young woman watching her.]
[Now there's a familiar face. He never really knew Tifa growing up in Radiant Garden--she'd been a few years younger than he was--but they'd crossed paths once or twice. He hasn't seen her since he left Traverse Town behind, since he lost his heart, but he recognizes her all the same. It's like looking at an old yearbook or something--she's taller now, and lost that silly cowboy hat, but there's no mistaking that face. Granted, he doesn't expect her to recognize him, even if she does remember bumping into him back home all those years ago, so he would be content to just move on as if she were any other new arrival, until he happens to notice her eyes on him.
[Well. Maybe she does make him for that kid he was ten-some years ago. Or maybe she likes his coat. Either way, he can pause to indulge her a moment, a hand on his chin and an exaggerated flirtatious smirk on his face.]

No, no, not at all. I didn't mean to stare, I'm sorry.

You just so happen to remind her of a certain Turk she knows. And funny how much you sound like him too.]
Too bad I don't have a camera.

[Axel grins at her quick retort, folding his arms. He still can't quite decide if he thinks she recognizes him or not, so it's time for a test.]
Maybe you get this a lot, but I have the strangest feeling we've met. [Pause.] Have we?

Then again, you look like you could be related to someone I know.
