Saw Jeff Dunham tonight at the World Arena. It was a good show. After finishing with Walter, Achmed, Peanut, and Jose Jalapeno on a Stick, Jeff brought out Bubba J. Note to self: wearing shoes while stir-frying is the wise plan. Also, don't drop chicken into oil from too large of a height.

Also, a good instant-read thermometer is way useful while cooking chicken.

First I have to say I'm sitting here watching last week's Bill Moyer's Journal on the congressional hearings on torture, and I cannot understand how the administration justifies torture ("enhanced interrogation techniques") and how so many republicans are willing to defend it. Finally got a chance to play 4th edition today. I want to get a few more sessions in before I render a verdict, but at the moment it seems to be servicable.
