I must start this rant by stating that I have never, not even one time, gone Black Friday shopping.  I have no plans on starting. I really hope that I get to have next Friday off.  Not only would it be nice to recoup after the midnight showing of "Twilight" (or maybe see it again :) ), but I just need a long weekend. So the hub and I both went as vampires to my friend's halloween party last night. I work for customer service in a call center and it's seriously annoying.  I don't understand how people can put such trivial things such as one channel being out (i work for a cable company) and pitch a fit...screaming, yelling, swearing at a perfect stranger over the phone.  IT'S CABLE.
