so where did you move to, what part of town?

Still in St. Paul but closer to the north side, by White Bear Ave. We're renting a slight smaller 3 bdrm but it has a larger fenced in yard, and much more quiet neighbors. Fewer loud cars/music and ppl who shout. This street has kids who play on it!

... which can now be my kids too!
