It seems like a nice site, but I've been having a hard time figuring out the review etiquette. Seems like a lot of people really don't take atvice well. So, if anyone has any advice for reviewing, I'd love to hear

Hey I recently submitted a story I posted on Urbis to a magazine. I haven't found out yet if it was accapeted. Recently though I was wondering if the story does end up getting published am I allowed to have it posted on the internet and if not how do I remove it from the sight. I'm posting this question here because I don't know where else to ask.

I haven't gotten a review in about a week. Of course, I haven't submitted anything new in about the same amount of time. For people that have been using it a long time, do you get hits on your older pieces, or do they get put on the bottom of the pile and never read again after a little while?
