Follow up to yesterday's BestBuy post...

Ft. Myers, FL - It seems I'm not the only one mad at BestBuy right now. paltergo sent me this link to a User Friendly cartoon.

BestBuy is in for a well earned rough ride over the next few months.

Closing over half their stores?

Let's see now...
  • Impossible to get someone on the phone in the store.
  • Their web site site says they have it in stock, you get there and they don't.
  • In store service that takes weeks, not hours.
  • Some of their staff knows less about computers then my cat.
  • Almost impossible to get sales in the store.
  • A return policy that borders on no returns at all.
Can't figure out why they would feel the need to close stores, can you?
