Pointless entry...

Pardon my ignorance, but what's the point of the latest round of Wikileaks? There's a strong whiff of 'difficult second album' about this mixture of the bleedin' obvious (Arab nations are wary of Iran) and pointless gossip (US officials are critical of their allies). There's quite a jump between "wary of Iran" and "urging the US to airstrike", in fairness. Similarly I wasn't aware that things in Pakistan were at such as state that some of their nuclear material might go walking, or that the Afghan vice president had taken to walking around with $52m in cash.

Also I would also have played my strongest card first, given the reasonable presumption that Mr. Assange would be dead or in jail by the time it came for a second release.

Haha going back to the Guardian website, it appears that m'learned friends have given their nod to some of it, so "a member of the royal family" is now definitely Prince Andrew. Possibly the identity of the UK law enforcement agency and the foreign country in that blind item will also be slowly released :) Check back next week!

It's a great big fat diversion from the economic card trick that is being played in an effort to reintroduce feudalism in the West.
