i live on the 11th floor, but my blocks only have corridors for the 6th, 10th and 14th floors. for the rest of the floors we have this little ledge thing that is like 1m long to prevent any killer litter and shit. i only have one other neighbour, and that's the one opposite us. so today my sister was like, Jie Jie do you hear this meowing outside?
