On the sleeping thing- make sure you're making your bedroom dark enough when you sleep. You might not think it makes a difference, but it does. You're trying to fool your body into shifting its circadian rhythm, which it won't do if your brain is still registering sunlight while you try to sleep. If all else fails, get a sleep mask.

I've done the night shift thing before, so it's just a matter of re-training myself to pick the right time(s) to sleep. Thanks for the advice.
