This was so, so beautiful oh my God. The way you describe the scenery around them is just breathtaking. And what they say to each other just broke my heart. The scene with Jimmy...ugh I remember thinking all through the end of the season of the moments like this that happened between them. As usual you render them with artistry and truth.

My next goal is to (finally) write more action scenes for them because as much as I love angst and heartache and tender moments I also love some action and Im going to try to work in it with the "Richard's flashback to his time with Emma" that Im working on...Lord, its a huge undertaking but I think It'll work out in the end.

It's heartbreak²! Emily's polio and broken Jimmy and Richard in the middle and of course it's only him who knows how they feel and it's been always him who doesn't say much, but when he does it's always the right things.

Once again you managed to capture them perfectly and I also love the little part where Richard watches the spiderwebs for a moment, because that's so him! <3

I love that you threw Jimmy/Richard in there as well! :D It works so perfectly. I'm still annoyed we never got more scenes of Richard with the kids in S1, so this is just lovely. Their sweet, private bond is so perfect. ♥♥♥

Well.. you should know by now that when I say Im gonna do it, I do it! LOL. You cant throw symbolism at me like that and not expect me to pounce on it :)

LOL-Terrence would just snigger cruelly at it and instead of having him have scenes with Emily he'll kill Emily and Richard or something.

I had to throw some Jimmy/Richard because Richard tries to help everyone when he can't even fully help himself and hes kind of frustrated he cant heal Emily and Jimmy completely but he tries.
