what should i do about the 1st place cat. set winner...the first icon is missing :/

i left a message up there saying i couldn't get it to show and i checked her post and there wasn't an icon there either, so idk. just exclude the icon from the banner and leave a note to the winner or something when you post the banners...theres nothing really you can do unless she uploads the icon somewhere else.
