Protective Cardiff

Hi,
Are there any stories out there where someone comes to upset the status quo at Torchwood and the citizens of Cardiff take offence.

Showing that they are very protective over Torchwood team and won't give in to the outsiders.

Maybe the Government or UNIT are trying to interfere?
