I'm looking for a specific fic,Its based when the year that never was is its about ianto and  the team and one part of it that i remember is that Martha shows up in the camp and ianto goes to talk to her and then he goes to rescue jack? i no its not the best description sorry :/

Someone else was looking for story's like it on the very next day here at genre finders. Out of curiosity, I read it and enjoyed it immensely.
