*lol* Seiyuu blather is always good! What I like about Seki as Cavalcanti is how out of 'type' that character is for him. If I had heard that Seki was in Gankutsuou without prior knowledge of casting, I'd have assumed that it was Albert he was playing. Granted, from the typical Tomokazu Seki Character Model ('prickly + snappish: tetchy exterior with heart of gold and emotional naivety'), he doesn't hit the first cornerstone -- Albert's earnest through and through. But everything else is there.

Did not know you were familiar with Gankutsuou! ♥ I've spent weeks babbling nonsensically about how charmed I am by the series.

Jun's Albert is so much love, though. Extremely great performance, given how strained Albert is during the last episodes of the series. Albert yells a lot, he yells for people a lot, and I love how that mixture of boyishness and lost innocence that manifest themselves in his voice.

And Tomokazu was especially great with Cavalcanti's deranged maniacal laugh in episode 21. (Though in the scenes where Albert and Cavalcanti confront each other over Eugenie, I've only just now realized how interesting that must be for the seiyuus too: Jun plays part of the new phase of CLAMP's work, whereas Tomokazu played the old CLAMP works about a decade or so ago. O_o;)

And quite a few of the Gankutsuou cast plays supporting roles in the Bleach anime, but then again, the Bleach anime is a great big orgy for any and all seiyuus, considering how many characters there are in the series. XD
