What time (and timezone) will the artist claim be posted? It would be helpful to know this a few days in advance, so I can work my schedule around it.

P.S.: In case you'd like to know, the merlin big bang (paperlegends) did the best artist claim I've ever seen. They posted the summaries one day before the claims. This way the artists can read the summaries in peace and take some time to decide which ones they'd like before having to make the actual comment. Since the comments have to be made within the first minute to get what you want, I always found it very stressful to have to quick-read the summaries and decide right away.

I very much liked how it went on paperlegends and would like to suggest it here, too. Maybe it's not so badly needed here (depending on the number of summaries), but I thought I'd suggest it anyway. :)

I still haven't decided on an exact time (timezone would be PST) but I will announce it to the comm as soon as I do. Fics will be previewed 24 hours in advance like they were at vampirebigbang.

If you are sure you can have the story done by the final fics due date then you could still submit no matter your word count now!

Post is coming up now, because of some issues with artists the due date for final drafts has been pushed back to the 28th to give members a bit more time.
