Nope, he'll still appeal, and the prosecution can and will still appeal. On the off chance the prosecution wins the appeal and overturns the sentence & gets a harsher one, his time served will both be used as a credit towards new time owed & a kind of good-faith "See, I accepted punishment" mark on his record that could help him next time he came up for review. Ie, his accepting this portion of the sentence doesn't lock anyone into anything.

Also, the judge will explain all of this to him when he appears, so there will be coverage/transcripts for you to look over that will be helpful.

Ze foot! It's absolutely lovely.

online stuff is saying it's unlikely his sentence will be increased.

the whole situation is truly ghastly. this kid's life is ruined (who would hire this guy? seriously??) and Tyler's family is ruined too. hope he's happy. insensitive piece of shit asshole.

From what I've read it's RARE AS HELL for a sentence to be upped.

Yeah, the whole thing is terrible.

Can't help you with that Rutgers thing.
I LOVE you new tat. It's lovely. I always wanted on my foot but am too chicken to do it. The top of my feet are way too sensitive and I don't think I could handle it. Good for you!

thanks Am!!! I was glad she was finished pretty quickly. The outline was fine but by the time she was going over parts to add color in I was hoping she'd be done soon. LOL. I am so glad you like it! I think it is beautiful and it's very "me." I love the bee.
