Sometimes it happens with cakes, so, don't worry. I do understand you - oh yes, I DO! It's frustrating and you want to kick yourself because of what happens. But, believe me, it's not the end of the world ;)
Well, one good thing of living alone, I never bake anymore. The bad thing is ... I don't bake anymore (as I LOVE baking). But, yes, I understand *noddes wisely*
