Pity my son, who is working in the electronics department in Wal-Mart.

We've noticed the shopping/driving/attitude issues. In spades. I'm staying right here until at least Tuesday. If there's anything I need, I'll walk!

I'll sit by the front door in anticipation!

A pre-emptive THANK YOU to you and the lovely DB. Have a wonderful holiday with those you hold dear.

I have to admit, one of my favorite parts of this time of the year is all the cookies and candy and rich, gravy-laden foods. Being raised in a southern household, I love all that kind of stuff (which nicely balances with all the rice and curry and vegan stuff I've learned to like because of all my friends and health issues) and for me many of that stuff is comfort food. One of my most treasured and favorite foods is sausage gravy over biscuits, which I shared with you.
Mashed Potatoes and brown gravy... yum!
Just *don't* give me divinity...
I make a chocolate fudge that won a blue ribbon at the fair...
