Jesus, poor Howie. Kid's around my age and he's already lost a sister and a father. I can't imagine. :-/

Hoke was diagnosed a couple of months ago with lung cancer, but by the time they found it it'd metastasised to his brain. It's just awful.

Yeah, I remember that. I know at that time they were asking everyone to pray for him. Maybe this was the best answer--quick with a relatively short period of suffering--but it still sucks. Poor family.

YEah, this is wahat happened to my uncle, and he lingered for over a year, and it was hellish for my aunt and cousins.

I never know what to say when something like this happens. Poor family. At least they all got to be there. :(

This makes me very sad. Poor Howie. <33 I went through a very similar situation with my mom less than 2 years ago.
I'm definitely thinking of and praying for howie and his family throughout this horrible time...
