We don't have cable or Sky in our house, we did once when I was about 8yrs old and them my dad got rid of it coz the kids used to sit all day and not do schoolwork or mosque stuff

Yeh, his hair gets better as the show progresses
Crowly and Bela were awesome, it was nice seeing Lauren cohan as a baddie properly
