Hi, Blue! I cook all the time, so I can answer this for you.

White chocolate is milk, cocoa butter adn sugar. It doesn't have the cocoa solids or the cocoa liquid they make up when they produce actual chocolate.

It does have a small amount of theobromine--that's the stuff that's bad for canines, but you'd have to eat tons of it before it made you sick. By the way, I don't know if things are different where you come from, but chocolate can be bad for canines, so don't over indulge.
