I think we can all agree that yesterday's curse was an improvement over what's come before. Forcing us to hunt down and destroy any last vestiges of our childhood to protect the innocent is quite the twist. I kind of followed the trend you had a-and... but I was kind of lost when you went to the children going hungry part. How's that connected to the curses?

It's quite logical. Most children lack the skills to make themselves meals that they might have as adults.
