He'd heard about what had happened to Harriet, too; he had never grown to completely trust or like any of the CLF, but she had given him her luck. She'd expressed a very real desire for him to be reunited with his family.
Handing him a necklace on a simple gold chain, Harriet smiled, "I hope this brings you luck and helps you find your family again. It's sad to be alone ( ... )

The look on his face immediately turned to utter confusion at the sight of the draconian girl running towards him, and he barely managed to open his arms enough to catch her before she jumped up into his arms.
Kali. It was his daughter. But she was... she was older, not a hatchling anymore. When had she woken up? Were there any other members of his family awake? How old was she?
How much of her life had he missed?
Kang was speechless, returning her fierce hug with one of his own as he tried to process what the hell was going on.

So instead, he opted to head to the Drunken Dragon when he heard buzz of people heading over there. It'd be nice to see and speak to Kang anyway, finally able to rest without a short amount of time and choices hanging over them. To the others - any others who might have passed and made eye contact with him, Jr. would smile and nod at them in greeting to maybe get some new introductions going on.

She walked up to him and waved in greeting, still smiling. "Hey, long time no see!" she said, stopping just a short distance away from Jr. "How've you been?"

"Yeah, you did. I've been trying my best to make friends with them and get to know the other crew members more, too."

And who knew when someone would complain about that fake fight.
At the moment, though, Zedd took a seat and just let himself stew in his anger. He'd get back at everyone soon enough, just they wait. He wouldn't be their punching bag anymore.

He understood the reason for things like bars, but they were never anything that appealed to him. Maybe on rare occasion he would have a drink of some fancy or rare beverage from the canyon, but that was it.
He wondered why so many people were in there, but he didn't make a move to actually enter, sitting just outside and looking up to the window and through the door hesitantly.

Was he that obvious? Or maybe it was because there weren't any others like him on the ship. He did tend to stand out like that often.

He glanced at the bar. Did Nanaki want to go in, or had he merely been watching?

Matt was gone, and as hurtful as that was, she still had tons to do, and could at least make sure everyone on the bus was looked after, as he would have done.
So anyone approaching would see Kaya reading and writing things down in her newly obtained nursing packet, looking busy.

The longing for the bustling, loud and generally cheery mood was why he found himself here, today. He hadn't planned to really drink much, lest he find himself in a string of awkward situations, but the atmosphere was what he was looking for, anyways.
Taking a quick glance around the homey bar, he spotted the back of a head that he recognized. Kaya looked fairly busy--not that that deterred him one bit.
Nokosi took long, languid strides to the table she occupied and sat himself down in a nearby seat but didn't utter a word. Instead, he leaned over to view what it was she was reading.

"Oh, Nokosi, hi!" Kaya said, brightening immediately. "I meant to find you! How have you been?"

After a small stretch of silence, he finally looked towards Kaya, his smile mirroring her own.
"I have been as well as could be expected at this current point in time. I would say the same for Fontaine, since he is not here." Fontaine did like bars just as much as he, but for an entirely different reason. Barmaids and free scraps of food.
"And you? Busy as usual, I see."
