so tired

I'm so tired. I was pretty overwhelmed with the orientation in the ED this afternoon. I didn't even get to do anything except stand there while the staff nurse explained stuff to my colleague and I. But when it was all over, I felt so hungry and so drained out of any energy

It's just the reality of being in such a hectic enviroment. It's totally normal I'd say.
