The City. They do manage a good roast.

Any City that can manage as much on the first sip is fine with me.

Hope you don't plan on getting home anytime soon.

Truth be told...there wasn't too much waiting back for me there after a few weeks ago. It's all left in capable hands.

But disappearing and reappearing rasies plenty of questions on it's own.

Hey, ever been to Italy?

Sadly, no. I hear they have some good blends too.

Yeah, I might be biased, but going to the coffee shop isn't much different from a short trip to Heaven. I miss it.

I know how that is. There used to be a place near my apartment that sold sex in a coffee mug about six or seven years back. It's a shame that place is gone now.

Though I've been making my own blends more recently.

Goodness, so many coffee references... that doesn't sound very healthy!

I've read plenty of news reports on how coffee is bad if you drink too much on a daily basis, why it can cause various bodily problems and such...

But it's an addiction I think I prefer greatly to the likes of tobacco and alcohol.

I suppose it's a lesser evil in comparison, certainly! I do prefer a good spot of tea every now and then myself. Did you just arrive here, sir?

Men can waste away on harmful addictions, but wise men drink coffee and stay awake for their lives, you could say.

I did, actually. New citizen as of about seventeen minutes ago.

Coffee, huh? Never thought you could tell so much about a place just because of coffee. You learn something new every day...

Welcome to the city. I'm Peter.

[ooc; ...your godot is amazing.]

Men and women change from place to place. So do buildings, cultures, governments, pasttimes, and even most foods. But if there's a pot of coffee nearby, you'd be surprised how much you can tell from it. It's universal like that.

Thanks. I'm Godot.

[ooc; ♥! I'm glad I can do him justice!]

Ah, I see.

Nice to meet you. If you need anything, you're welcome to ask.

I'll keep it in mind. The most I'm craving for at the moment is good information, but the guide I was handed earlier really seems to cover plenty. Except for the big, main points that no one seems to be able to figure out.
