it really was!!! It was super easy too. I mean, It didn't have the heat that i wanted, coz it was a pretty mild poblano buuut it worked well coz the salsa was a bit hotter than intended. <3

annnnd roasted garlic is my kryptonite <3 i srsly will eat it straight LOL.

DO IT, it's SO EASY.

AND SO DELICIOUS.

Like srsly.

Head of garlic. Lop the top off. Drizzle with olive oil, tiny pinch of salt if desired, wrap in tinfoil.......... 350-400 degree oven aaaannndd forget about it for like 45-60 mins until delicious and smooshy.

DOOO IIIT :D

The hardest part after doing roasted garlic in house is like "omg how will i ever have nonroasted agaiiinn" ;)
