when people preach to me about throwing away food and how homeless people would eat it, wasteful, blah blah blah, i agree but at the same time get mad. so wait, do you think i am not appreciative of all that is put before me? do you think that i don't realize thousands of people around the world are starving? i go into defense mode because i worry

Awwwwww Toady! I miss you so much! You know, they need some cooks/chefs at the hotel where I work. The dinner menu just happens to be all Northern Italian too. You could work there for a year or so, then transfer to another hotel in another state, like Hawaii for example.... Just a thought. Give me a call if you're interested in getting more details.
