Clark is such a doll. A few tears and he melts like ice cream in the sun. I love it!

Look at wee!Bruce already finding his niche in the shadows! He's already showing signs of the Batman, and it's hard to say if it's instinctual from that age or if it's habit from being the Batman, even if he doesn't remember it.

I love his reaction to Clark's jump, and I can just visualize him taking everything in and analyzing, all while enjoying the hell out of the ride. I'm so glad you're continuing this story, and with 36 parts it should be wonderfully juicy.

I'm going with the assumption that he does have all of his adult knowledge in his head, he just doesn't remember it at the moment, so there are going to be actions that draw on that well of experience that a normal child wouldn't have.
