I greatly appreciate this post, both the self-control exhibited and dry, just reasoning applied to the situation. I do, however, think that speaking with those who experience(d) whatever circumstance is not wholly negative. True, they were on the job, but learning, engaging and understanding the effect on people is valuable, though the possibility of collateral interpersonal damage is present, and should thus be treated delicately.
This was a well-written, -thoughtout post. I enjoyed it quite a bit.
