good luck on the job :) i know you are kind of itching to get out of the job you're in now... i wouldn't blame you. you'll be great!
i don't get why people in warm climates complain about the weather. furthermore, i don't get why people up here complain nearly as much as they do; especially in the fall. we have so many people that come into the starbucks all bitchy and moany about how it's soooo cold or soooooo hot. now, i tend to whine about how it's hot, but i know it's going to get cold and i get excited about it. but people that come in when it's all of 50 outside and start kvetching about how cold it is need to move to florida or something. get the heck out of new england. (end rant)
and don't worry, connecticut's not seeing any snow either ... x_x
well, i hate the heat. i really, really do. its something that i noticed in my aunt who has MS-- ms, lupus, and arthritis patients get nauseus/extra achey when they're warm. so when its 80 degrees out (but since its fall, my fashion company expects me to be dressing in sweaters), i feel like i'm gonna barf.
i really prefer it to be chilly. i swear. i'm glad i no longer have to walk around outside when its -14, but i really miss being cold.
i also know that the snow isn't sticking, but my brother has been seeing flurries. maybe that's just in litchfield.
