...you know how cats will chirp at birds to try to get them closer? I've only seen Missy attempt this since becoming an indoor cat, but I still love to watch. I think it's adorable.

She just tried it on a turkey. How the hell would that one have worked?

What would have really been funny is if it actually worked. You ever seen a cat with the bewildered expression of "now that I've got it, what do I DO with it?" That's the funny part. But I love the chirping at the turkey.

*snickers* Cal does it, but Missy is too cocky for that look...except when chickens are involved. She was chirping at a turkey but chickens scare the crap out of her. WTF?

XD Has the chirping ever worked for a cat? Maybe they learnt it by watching humans meowing at cats to try and lure them closer for pets and hugs.

I have no clue. I never saw Missy do it until she became an inside cat. As far as I know, she never did it outside?
