So i had the best doctors visit ever yesterday. The rest of the day was alright, but the doctor actually noticed that i had lost weight and the whole reason i had made the appointment with him was to get on some meds, for ADD so I could actually go back to school and not drop out. Ok i'm starting to try one of the things in the book i'm reading, "The Spark", It goes along the with the website that i've been talking about. But one thing that they promote is "streaks". Need to be more accountable.
As I said in my last post I've been looking into the website; www.sparkpeople.com Even though it is blocked I'm still trying to use the resources I can while at home. Thinking about my wedding.
I'm here at work wishing i could look up things for my wedding. I really wish i could move it up to a sooner date. maybe that would keep me on my diet a little better than i have been.
