The trip took far longer than it should have, bad weather and Ingus' lack of a map (because he lost his communicator) didn't help matters any. So, he'd been left unable to contact anyone, and far away.
The others were probably driving themselves nuts over it.
His first stop would be to pick up a new one from a moogle, surely he'd find a moogle in Lindblum, right?
What he found instead was a huddled up lump of white mage that looked rather familiar. "...Refia?"
One at least had, indeed, been driving herself nuts over it, and at first she didn't believe it was real. She'd taken her eyes off the gate for a second, to see if the familiar-looking person walking down the street was who she thought it was, when Ingus' voice took her by complete surprise.
It took her a couple of seconds of outright, blank staring to realize it was him. But once she had... "INGUS!" There was a flying bundle of white mage scrambling to her feet and throwing herself at the dragoon. She would apologize later, but at the moment she was just so glad to see him alive.
It's a very good thing he has great balance, and that he's used to Refia throwing herself bodily at him for hugs. Otherwise Ingus would have ended up on his rear-end again and quite embarrassed. As it was, Refia got a rare hug in return and Ingus didn't go splat.
He'd wait for her to settle down before attempting to explain what happened.
She only threw herself at him bodily when he frightened her by disappearing like that. She knew he wasn't a hugging person, not that she did it that much either in every day life - but a reunion was special. And if he hadn't returned it, he would've been in so much trouble.
But eventually she pulled back to face him, having to look up pretty far. "What happened? There were those few messages and then nothing."
Delita was contemplating his next move as he walked through Lindblum. He knew that Lindblum was not where he should reside for any length of time, but it was not as though he had anywhere in particular to go.
He saw the airships flying overhead as he wandered by said stoop. That he even noticed the girl sitting there was solely due to his observant nature. He said nothing, until he noticed her shivering.
Refia glanced up at the unfamiliar voice, no longer startled by being spoken to by a stranger - being in the same place every day had attracted some questions - but still not expecting it. "...A little, yes. It's been worse, though."
At least it has where she'd come from, though she hadn't felt a winter in this new world yet.
Delita was barely paying attention to girl beside him. If he didn't need to make some acquaintances and not arouse the watch he may have totally ignored her.
"I do believe it will become much cooler. Have your comrades not yet arrived?"
"Umm..." Was she that obvious? Probably, yes. Why else would anyone be waiting in that spot, after all? Refia glanced down at the ground briefly before looking up at the young man again. "...No, not yet. They were very far out, though..."
Lindblum, Mikoto decided, was only about as interesting as it had been the third time she'd been there. The city was fascinating in it's own way, but she'd lost interest in the re-built, and now unchanging skylines. Still, being ferried to Lindblum was the closest transport to home that she could manage, and it was suggested she could catch another ship back to the outer continent.
Except that no one had bothered to ask if she had any gil with which to pay for the fare. Her only alternative now, was walking. With a sigh through her nose, Mikoto turned away from the nearest airship dock, and began to walk away. There was stocking to be done if she was going to make it back.
Still, as she stepped off her particular dock, she noticed the huddled form of a white mage. She paused in her stride. She'd been sitting there when Mikoto had first arrived. Why was she still sitting there? She approached slowly, blonde tail swinging idly behind her, and then stopped a few feet in front of Refia

And although Refia expected questions by now, having been outside the airship docks for over a week, she wasn't exactly prepared for a tail. She didn't notice it immediately, though. "No, I'm waiting for... my..." But it was still there. She knew she was being rude, but she stared at it for a moment, then blinked and shook her head vigorously to get it out of her mind. "I'm sorry... I'm waiting for my friends."
Mikoto waited, and then, almost as if drawing emphasis to that which she knew was being stared at, casually swung her tail from side to side. She knew she had a tail. She also knew that there were people in Treno who looked more like birds, or many other variety of strange animals. She was not so strange looking, but perhaps it was because she looked so much like a human, that the tail seemed so out of place.
"Your friends are bound for Lindblum, then?" she asked, head tilting every so slightly.
That was probably it... Refia had met and traveled with viera, she'd seen a Burmecian wandering around at least once, but Mikoto was completely normal until she turned.
"I... hope they are. Everyone was coming back here after that shift, and so I just... stayed. I can't leave without them."
