I am a bit worried about my mom - she broke her ankle, had it fixed by surgery, can't leave the house because she can't put her foot to the ground until the doctor says so... and my younger brother has not visited her for the past 22 days. She is getting sadder by the minute.

I can't stand my mom's sadness anymore, she's so disappointed in a person, my heart is crying for her.

Sorry for the tardiness, I've been without Internet for a month.

Arthur Zanetti, from Brasil, won a gold medal today, at Men's Artistic Gymnastics. He's from my town, São Caetano do Sul, and everybody is very excited here! Well done, Arthur!

Things are starting to look good. Hubby's got a job (albeit a temporary one), I still got my job, and the kids are healthy and driving me up the wall, as kids must. So, all in all, we are doing just fine!

I wish there was something I could do for a couple of hours that would generate some profit. I chose a long time ago to teach only in the mornings, so I could spend more time with my kids, but that also means my income is really small.
If only I could write for a living - that would be a real treat!
