Though curses in general aren't my forte', I have studied at least the basics of healing spells during my years at Soul Society. A curse is an affliction of the spirit, I believe. Like a disease or poison that stays in your system. The key is to find how it's bound to you and sever that connection.

I have to try a few techniques and I cannot guarantee they will be pleasant.
