I beg your pardon, but what is that? I mean, I know it's an eagle, but from where? It looks like it's on a uniform or something.

It's a Washington Capitals jersey. The American eagle both makes. "W" and has the outline of the Capitol building at the bottom.

Yup. I agree. You can't buy your way into good photography. You can photoshop something to death, but I believe that that's a different kind of art. I have also known people who own expensive cameras and state-of-the-art sofware, and their stuff is still rather sad.
