[ooSomethingorother] who's at the center of the wheel, the inventor or another spinning servant?

I hate being drenched. I like the rain, don't get me wrong, but my UNDERWEAR is SOAKED. This is unacceptable.

Phoenix, Badou, Zelos: you three alive and okay?

Is anyone else getting the most annoying feeling from wet feathers?

Er, yes, I'm fine. People are talking about floods, but our place seems relatively okay.

I think I just chose a horrific time to go out exploring.

Anyone you know in trouble? I think anyone near the river might want to be moving, and I've heard rumors about higher ground being better...

What about those kids that ended up here?

Maybe you should try flapping them to get them dry!

They just get wetter when I do! Besides... The feathers are so sensitive, that the raindrops on them are just.... infuriating! They feel weird and I don't want to start giggling every time something barely touches my feathers.

You have ticklish wings? [slight snicker is heard (she doesn't know how to work the book yet)]

If you have dry clothes, you will be my hero.

I have dry clothes, but I am under the impression that they won't be so dry once I reach you.

Damn. It's getting cold out in the rain and I'm kind of... not really sure where my place is from here.

You're telling me - I haven't even stepped outside since the rain started and I can feel mine are already getting damp thanks to all that humidity and the water dripping from the ceiling.

The wings, though? I don't think it's so bad; from what I know, wet feathers can smell pretty bad, but they seem to dry quickly.

I'm about to look into grabbing some leaves and wearing them, it's getting so bad. I'd kill for a warm, dry place to sit.

Can you feel your wings? This rain's like being overstimulated. It makes me twitchy.

That might work, if it weren't for the weather right now. I doubt anything is dry at all.

Just a little. I can't flap them or anything, but I think I managed to move them just a little bit. The only reason I know that stuff about wet feathers is because there's an old man from my village that always keeps some chickens and a lot of chicks with him. Even though he kept losing them all over the place.

You speak the truth. I guess I'll have to suffer. Maybe I can cover them up; I don't know about any smells, but this tickles like hell.
